Pallet warehouses in the Netherlands

Billing software for 3PL warehouses in the Netherlands.

Tallybay bills storage by the pallet-day, handling by the pallet and every service on the rate card, from the receipts and shipments you already record. Invoices come out in EUR, dated on your warehouse's own calendar.

30 days, no card. Then from $99 a month, charged in US dollars.

An itemised monthly invoice: storage lines showing every lot with its receipt date and pallet-days, and handling lines showing each receipt and shipment with its reference.
Every line traces to the receipts behind it.

Set up for the Netherlands

Pick the Netherlands when you sign up and every screen, invoice and export follows the conventions below. Nothing is converted and no exchange rate is ever applied.

Currency
EUR — an invoice total reads € 1.269,01
Dates
3 Aug 2026, and a 24-hour clock
Address
Postcode, laid out the way the Netherlands posts it
BTW (VAT)
Set the rate once per client and every invoice carries the line. Storage is normally standard-rated; add a BTW line if you are registered.
Invoice language
Dutch or English — Invoices go out in Dutch by default; a client that prefers English can be set to it.

One time zone, counted properly

Storage is counted in calendar days on your warehouse's clock, never the server's. A pallet received at 11 p.m. is dated that day where the building is.

Warehouses in the Netherlands use Amsterdam. Daylight saving cannot change a charge: billing counts dates, it never converts a timestamp.

Try it on last month

Put one client's rate card and a month of pallets in and out through the pallet storage calculator and compare the lines with the invoice you sent. The guide to billing pallet storage works through the rules.
