Pallet warehouses in Canada
Billing software for 3PL warehouses in Canada.
Tallybay bills storage by the pallet-day, handling by the pallet and every service on the rate card, from the receipts and shipments you already record. Invoices come out in CAD, dated on your warehouse's own calendar.
30 days, no card. Then from $99 a month, charged in US dollars.

Set up for Canada
Pick Canada when you sign up and every screen, invoice and export follows the conventions below. Nothing is converted and no exchange rate is ever applied.
- Currency
- CAD — an invoice total reads $1,269.01
- Dates
- Aug 3, 2026, and a 12-hour clock
- Address
- Province and Postal code, laid out the way Canada posts it
- GST/HST
- Set the rate once per client and every invoice carries the line. Warehousing is taxable; the rate depends on the province.
- Invoice language
- English or French — Quebec's Charter of the French Language requires French on a commercial document at least as prominently as any other language, so a client billed in Quebec can be set to French.

All 9 time zones
Storage is counted in calendar days on your warehouse's clock, never the server's. A pallet received at 11 p.m. is dated that day where the building is.
Choose the zone your warehouse is actually in:
- Eastern — Toronto
- Central — Winnipeg
- Central, no daylight saving — Regina
- Mountain — Edmonton
- Pacific — Vancouver
- Atlantic — Halifax
- Newfoundland — St. John's
- Yukon, no daylight saving — Whitehorse
- Eastern — Iqaluit
Half-hour offsets and the provinces and states that do not move their clocks are all in the list, because billing days are counted, not converted.
Try it on last month
Put one client's rate card and a month of pallets in and out through the pallet storage calculator and compare the lines with the invoice you sent. The guide to billing pallet storage works through the rules.
